Event Management - Month of/Day of Coordination:
While many call this service ‘day of,’ we call it Wedding Management because we feel we do a lot more than supervise the logistics of your wedding day. From the moment you sign the contract, you’ll have access to your Wedding Manager and our team via phone and email for logistics, etiquette and planning questions, as well as, our on-line resources at your disposal to help with your planning. We’ll also provide you with vendor referrals as needed! After your initial onboarding meeting, your Wedding Manager will meet with you two more times during the planning process: once to finalize the timeline and details and once at your venue to review the floor plan, event flow and set up needs. This level of service also includes timeline creation and distribution, vendor confirmations and rehearsal. On the day of your wedding you will have a lead Wedding Manager and an assistant up to eight hours. Additional hours available.
